You need to have the will to make your surroundings better than you found them. The integrity to do the right thing for the right reason. The passion to be able to recruit others to your cause. The willingness to take constructive criticism. The confidence to learn from failures and let them motivate you even more. Most of all, you need to know that to lead is to serve.
